Peanut & Cacao Balls
Ingredients
1 tablespoon good quality Peanut Butter (Mayvers brand)
1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped
2 tablespoons pure cacao powder
1/2 cup sultanas
1/3 cup pitted prunes, chopped
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor (or Thermomix) and blend until peanuts are crushed nut size
- Use gloves and form mixture into 10 balls, squeezing tightly so each ball holds its shape
- Place balls in fridge to chill for 2 hours or overnight
