Peanut & Cacao Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon good quality Peanut Butter (Mayvers brand)

  • 1/2 cup pitted dates, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons pure cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup sultanas

  • 1/3 cup pitted prunes, chopped

  • 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor (or Thermomix) and blend until peanuts are crushed nut size
  2. Use gloves and form mixture into 10 balls, squeezing tightly so each ball holds its shape
  3. Place balls in fridge to chill for 2 hours or overnight
